Terms Of Service & Policies

* By Law It Must Be Stated:
* That The Services Sold On This Site Are For Entertainment Purposes Only.
* You must be at least 18 Years Of Age to use and/or order any service or product on this site.
* Furthermore -  "Intuitive Spiritual Life Counseling" is NEVER a substitute for legal, financial, medical or psychological advise/intervention. You should contact Professional Providers for any of these services.

* I schedule appointments in a timely manner based on session availability.
I am generally booked (1) one to (2) two months in advance. My consult days are Monday through Thursday. I will return your call/email and set-up an appointment, as soon as possible - generally that very week - Monday through Wednesday between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (Mountain Time). On occasion, email messages and voice mail messages do get lost; so please feel free to get back in touch - if I have not contacted you within a couple of days.
* I will provide each individual with the clearest, intuitive translation available to me, at the time of our session.
* Our sessions are private - I do not take "notes" or audio tape consultations. My guides have requested that I do not tape sessions - However, you are free to tape.     * Telephone Fees for phone consultations are paid by you. Clients call me at the appointed time. 
* I reserve the right to decline scheduling any appointment(s) that I feel will not be beneficial. If you have pre-paid for a session and I determine that the consultation will not be of value, I will contact you and fully refund your purchase.
* In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a scheduled appointment; I will contact you by phone as soon as possible.
You may choose to: (a) reschedule our session for the earliest (agreed upon) day and time, or (b) receive a full refund of your payment by mail. ** Mailed refunds are sent out (within 3 business days following a cancellation), to the address you provide. ** See the "Return Policy" listed on this page.
* Any and All Individuals, Businesses, Web Sites, Links, Banners, Ads, Third Party Sites, etc. that appear on this web site are provided "As A Courtesy", only. I am not, in any way, responsible or liable for any of their products, policies or services. As Always - Please Use Your Discernment!
* I respect your privacy. As the Administrator of this site, I do not lend, share, rent or sell your personal information. Any individual's private name, email, or other contact information posted on this site has agreed to be listed.

Refunds - "Gratefully Processed":

* And decided NOT to reschedule a session;
* I will happily return your payment by mail.

Gift Purchases - "A Personal Present":
* You are welcome to purchase a "gift certificate" anytime.
* Gifts Certificates are available For 60 Minutes Sessions. 
* Certificates are Valid for Current Clients Only.
