My deepest thanks ... In the past month, six of you have asked me to write an explanation about the "energy sessions" that I referred to in the letter mailed out in August of 2006.
Here's the explanation:
My guidance was really on me during the later part of July and early part of August 2006. I just had to get a note off to folks. The note I sent out was - as kind and as toned down as I could make it!
Here's the unabridged version of my 28 days of downloading info:
The issue was/is the fact that we forgot where we live and who we are. We are putting ourselves on the "endangered species list"! Many of us are not integrating our intellect and spirit with our physical bodies. We are connected to the web of life but we have tied up our personal energy and constricted the flow to and from that web of life. We turned our back on our organic world, the "physical world , the natural world, the Mother Earth.
We are intellect heavy; we are intellect heavy to the point of being toxic. We are disconnected from our very physical beings.
We need to get back to participating as Holistic Human Beings on Planet Earth. This is one huge piece our commitment for being here!
In my work/service, I need to participate with other human beings operating with a frequency that is in harmony with mine. No more zooming low-low or high-high to catch a client's field. That type of flux is not of value to me, or the earth, or the client.
I received - and continue to receive - more and more color imaging of the individual energetic field. Often times, the imaging that is shown to me during a session, displays a soft, fluid "webbing of energy" in the field (aura). This energy field is constantly changing; adjusting to moment-by-moment reality.
When a client is discussing a particular issue during a session, the auric field may show areas of sluggish or blocked energy. If this constriction is due to a "mode of operating" (patterning), then a image similar to woven threads or looped lines shows up. The client's "inner knowing or higher self" is essentially displaying the info to me. * Note* Reruns of unhealthy patterns are "ok" to pursue only if the client intends to transform the pattern.
For my part, intuitively at this point, I am asking if it is my role to assist in releasing the pattern. Usually, I am told "yes". Yes simply means that...at in that moment (time and space) with the full consent of the client...I will assist the client in "opening up the energy flow". Once the flow is open and operating, the aura and the luminous body expands & becomes brighter! I "see" the blue-white "light body" balanced and ready to assume full engagement with the larger energy web or matrix of our world wide family and our Earth!
Currently, we are all working hard to release "patterns" that are not beneficial. Many of the patterns or models are tied in with our family models of operating. Often, these family webs/threads have "fear" in their energetic pattern.
We are discharging fear day-by-day! There is a very high possibility that we will discharge people, places, ideas, situations, etc. that no longer fit our energy field.
Fear cripples us and it sets up a thick, heavy vibration that makes it very difficult to stay integrated with our Mother Earth, the web of life, or ourselves.
Love (in all it's various form) is the frequency that dispels fear.

Well, this was (an is) the basis for the redefined focus of my work.
We are all gravitating toward people, places, events etc. that will open the energy up and easily disintegrate the out moded pattern(s). Sometimes, we get overwhelmed but we still desire to keep cleaning/healing. That is when an assisting practitioner can be of value.

Here's the latest update for your discernment. I am pleased to submit this to you. I thank the Elders, Grandfathers, Grandmothers, Guides, and All...For This Information.
I have just returned from the Sacred Ceremonies in the Black Hills of South Dakota! I am aware that I need to get some things on paper or "out in cyber space" as soon as possible.
There was a lot of information, over these past few weeks (28 days of info), regarding the change of Mother Earth's vibration and therefore the change and "hum" of our own frequency!
She is accelerating and this "higher vibration" is spurred on with help of her partner, the Sun.
We, like all our relations on the planet, are spinning higher and higher each & every day. At times, we will feel "zippy" or light headed. Other times, we are simply exhausted.
** Tips For Trip **
~ The Day Begins In Gratitude And Builds From There
~ Each Day Is A Brand New Energy... Reruns not required.
~ Each Day You Are A Brand New Energy.
~ Rest or Daydream or Drift-With-The-Clouds (so-to-speak) when ever possible.
~ Be willing to restore and erase day by day every cellular input you receive.
~ Each individual has a distinct signature frequency. That personal energy signature does evolve in it's "hum" - and the spiritual matrix of that individual shines out more and more into the manifested world.
~ If your "personal signature" is in discord --- work to set it free...or seek assistance from an energy practitioner. Be sure that the practitioner is operating on a high "harmonic frequency' with the Earth Mother.
~ Keep out of the "spin cycle" as much as possible...put your energy matrix down into the Earth and up into The Higher Spheres of The Sky, (an elongated spiral of energy).
~ Be In Constant Flow Swimming In The Stream Of Life (right down the middle of the river, folks :-)
~ This is The Time To Work Out The Blocks of Energy in Our Auras & Bodies... Unwind the Mind ... Open The Heart...Balance Out ... Relax...Laugh.
~ In these changing energy times...do not exhaust your energy matrix in order to deal with the folks who choose to engage in mental chatter. If you need to interact, stay clear & grounded; then disengage from the situation, as soon as possible. We are all responsible for being aware of this fact and acting clearly.
~ Be very genuine with yourselves...it is a time of compassion, support and connection.
~ It is not a time of enabling or coddling.
~ Some folks will not be happy with the disengaging of your energy from their queries...or their control. Their reaction is not your responsibility.
~ It is not your ability to respond that helps them out ...it's your ability to step back and allow them to respond for themselves ... that is the real loving service!
~ More and more, you will see a lot of the energy behind the 3 D forms (such as government systems, organizational set-ups, institutions) emerging or stepping forward. It will be used in a clearer, easier way. Agendas will be easier to read.
~ People set in their: ways, habits, thoughts, or patterns are having a very hard time. Lovingly help where you can and only where you can ...stay in-tune and keep moving :-)
~ There are less and less rules, etc. operating each day. More and more personal responsibility,
~ More moving around between the worlds :-)
~ What you image is easier to create now - what you release is easier to forget, because it matters not!!
~ Stay as light as possible right now in the imaging and executing of your days.
~ Tune in - as your day is going along - shift any energy you feel is too slow or too fast...when you feel "in synch" then simply move on.
~ Stay in Light.
~ Stay In Love.

Guidance for the upcoming year of 2005 .
Dear Friends,
Beginning in late July of 2004, I was reminded about the earthly journey we were undertaking at this time.
"You are on the path of the phoenix...you have turned the corner...you have arrived." The word "you" was not simply a personal reference but rather a reference to each and every one of us.
Next, the symbol of infinity (figure eight) was shown to me in brilliant light with fluid motion. These words flowed into my mind as I watched the infinity symbol expand and swirl...
"Continue to clear your mind and open your heart...Surrender the pattern of separation and duality...Participate in the fluidity of your emerging new world, the emerging new Earth. Remember, you are not separate from all that is...you, too, are emerging into a brilliant, vibrant form of your former self. This is the message that the phoenix portrays and this is the path you are on. Stay in strong connection with your Earth. Pour forth your love - your heartfelt love to her. These winter months will give way to more measurable movements by the end of February. Then, an easing up of energetic confinement on all levels with be felt. Stay in love."

Dear Friends,
For those of you who asked for my "personal" sense about the "times we're living in". Here is my attempt to put words to the sensing that comes to me. I am not asking you to agree with anything here - after all - everything is changing - even my perceptions!
When you say to me..."What is happening"?
And I respond with something like..."Everything Is Happening"! You may think I'm being flip with my remark. But, from my personal perception, it is the truth.
Many of us have either observed or felt the "energy" of worry, fear, frustration and even despair these last few weeks. The physical world, our world as we perceive it, is rapidly transforming. We, as a collective world family, and as individuals within that family, are now in the process of re-creating our reality (our world).
At this moment, we are reminded that, "We are not alone...We are never alone". We are surrounded by an awesome level of guidance, support, light and Love! We are free to choose whether we will accept this "guidance" or not.
We agreed to help re-form our reality...we are in the midst of doing just that!
We are all experiencing the dissolving of...patterns, relationships, belief systems and feelings that no longer sustain us.
Any concepts, dogmas, biases, systems, etc. - whatever is in the way of our "waking up" - is being shaken.
We have been working with a "polarized model" for existence (i.e. right/wrong, good/bad, fair/unfair, light/dark, good/evil, war/peace). We are aware - that this "polarized reality" is disintegrating, too!
We are wider than our concepts. We are wider than our concept of reality. We are being stretched in every dimension we occupy (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual).
Therefore, we are evolving!
Our previous world (perception) of separation is merging...integrating. Any concept or event that is holding us in a frequency of separation is being re-formed by our "inner knowing".
We are even experiencing these changes in our physical bodies. We may find ourselves in sensory overload, exhaustion, or periods of energy "rushes". Surely, there is something going wrong with us...ah, but perhaps there is something going right with us!
We are sensing a shift...and our reasoning (a way of believing) is at a loss to interpret that shift. Our logic fails us...our "way of assessing" fails us and...our "normal way of operating" fails us.
It appears that nothing makes "sense" and that is, in fact, the truth. No thing - no matter how many times we return to an issue using only our mental agility - makes sense.
When you ask..."What can we do"?
And I answer, "we can be grateful, peaceful and loving"!
It sounds like a cliche' and yet it is the truth. It is dawning on us - that our wonderful intellect - is not moving us out of chaos.
The primary mover out of our current perception is our energy of integration...our open heart!
Our open heart is the place of our soul's counsel and our "inner knowing". Our open heart allows us to be in the present moment and connect with all that is!
This heart energy is our Sacred Expression. This energy is Love. Love connects us to Creator and all that is seen and unseen in this creation.
Love is at the "heart of the matter" that faces us now.
We are being asked to do "the un-thinkable." We are urged by our inner knowing to rein in our mental energy in order to diminish our confusion.
We are being re-minded to experience the frequency we call - Love. Love is the primary mover- now. Love is the only frequency that will move us through these changing times. We are urged to open our hearts!
We are being asked to give away the "past" including the past concept of ourselves! We stand now in the beginning of the "new"!
In gratitude we connect with our sense of the Divine.
In gratitude we open our hearts. We are supported! We are Loved.
We are Love. We are Compassion. We are Peace. We are Joy.
We are not separate...We are one heart...We have arrived!
